Ms. Aspell Adams gave a presentation with colleagues Ms. June Lee and Dr. Mark Nissen entitled "Tacit Knowledge Flows and Institutional Theory: Accelerating Acculturation" at the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences in Kauai, HI.  Their paper received a "best paper" nomination.
