Our work has and will continue to focus on issues impacting the environments of clinical personnel toward the betterment of patient outcomes.  Our recent projects include assisting organizations with clinical information systems strategies and structure, workforce and staffing initiatives, the Magnet application processes as well as TJC preparedness.  Our experiences with these projects using both quantitative and qualitative research methods provide a defined knowledge based solution toward the often ambiguous measurement of success.
